[[Charity (virtue)|Charity]] (''[[agápē]]'', Greek: [[wikt:ἀγάπη|ἀγάπη]]) is the love that exists regardless of changing circumstances. Lewis recognizes this selfless love as the greatest of the four loves, and sees it as a specifically Christian virtue to achieve.
