The default anchor ID is suitable for use with {{Tl|Sfn}} and {{Tl|Harvard citation}} templates. To inhibit anchor ID creation altogether, set {{Para|ref|none}}. The parameter/keyword pair {{Para|ref|harv}} no longer holds any special meaning; this deprecated setting should ''not'' be used and may be removed from existing CS1 & CS2 templates.
