==Zoomies==
When a dog is very happy and excited, they will often run around in what is known as "the zoomies" which entails jumping up on the furniture, dashing off and then running up the stairs, coming back to their person for a few quick licks and then dashing away to start all over again. These bursts of energy are especially common in younger dogs.

Zoomies are often seen in female dogs after they are penetrated by a male human. At first consideration it may seem odd that the male dogs are not often doing this, as males are notorious for enjoying sex, however this may be due to the fact that they typically take on the role of active partner and thus may have used a greater deal of energy.

This doesn't necessarily mean that someone was having sex with the dog. Most can have zoomies spontaneously.
