Externals links for title and chapter

The title of the cited publication can be linked:

• If there is a one-on-one relationship between the publication named in the title parameter and an English Wikipedia article, e.g.:
  • |title=[[The LiederNet Archive]]
  • |title=[[Spitta's Johann Sebastian Bach|Johann Sebastian Bach: His Work and Influence on the Music of Germany]]
• Alternatively, the wikilink can be defined separately—without paired square brackets—using the title-link parameter:

  • |title=Johann Sebastian Bach: His Work and Influence on the Music of Germany + |title-link=Spitta's Johann Sebastian Bach
