Donna Brammer was born August 6, 1968 in Brooklyn, NY. Daughter of Oscar and Pauline Brammer. She has two sisters, Carmen and Elizibeth. She moved to the San Francisco bay area when she was less then a year old.

Donna went to San Jose State University where she earned a degree in photo journalism. After graduation she married photographer JOHN NALTY on July 17, 1993. Donna started working for other photographers as a wedding and sports photographer  but gained notice when she freelanced as a photojournalist for local news papers. In 1998 Donna opened Donna Brammer Photography which is located in San Jose. Since her studio opened her fine art photography and photo journalistic style of photography has gained popularity. She has photographed in California, Jamaica, England, Ireland, Guyana, and Canada. [[www.donnabrammer.com]]
