Coitus – A – Cheval

Coitus a cheval’s literal translation means having sex on top of a horse – though not actually with the animal.

This activity has been done by many cultures throughout history, often using the rhythm of a horse, camel, or elephant’s pace to provide the motion during intercourse.

Oftentimes the receptive partner may ride astride in front of the active partner, face-to-face and with legs spread wide enough to achieve penetration while still remaining mounted and in control of the animal.
