Ant on human flesh

Formicophilia, often associated with Zoophilia, is the practice of gaining sexual pleasure from the crawling or nibbling of ants.[1][2][3]

Those who possess this condition have been known to enjoy ants crawling over their genitals and even entering their orifices until sexual arousal and climax is reached.

Entomophilia is the wider term for those who find sexual pleasure with a range of various small animals rather than ants alone, e.g. snails, frogs or flies.
