This Indian work is in the public domain in India because its copyright has expired for one of the following reasons:

In case of a photograph, work of cinema, sound recording, anonymous work, or governmental work, it was published more than 60 years ago (that is before January 1, 1965), or
In case of an artistic work, the creator died more than 60 years ago (that is before January 1, 1965), or
In case of the text of laws, judicial opinions, and other government reports, these are free from copyright.
