Template documentationThis template is intended to be used by editors as an "expression of embarrassment, frustration, disbelief, disgust, shame or general woe" concerning their own conduct (see Facepalm) ie as a light hearted self-mockery, amusement at an unlikely lapse, or disbelief at perceived idiocy, forgetfulness or mistake on an editors part.
Its use as an expression of abuse or denigration to others is unacceptable. If there is doubt that a recipient would take it in good humor, do not use it.
